(RHC) is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3), company that was incorporated on May 2, 2002 with a mission “to serve as the engine of growth by reinventing human capital and improving the quality of life” of our people and the community. As an organization, we are devoted to enhancing the quality of human capital and improving the quality of life of the community where we operate.

Providing education and training, personal and professional development programs, and other quality of life-enhancing projects is what we do to accomplish this corporate mission.
